My snow day!!

Last Thursday, Jessica (My moms daughter) and her son Tyler flew to see us for a few days. They live in San Antonio and it is much warmer there than here.Once Tyler got here, he found the tool box, so Mom put him right to work fixing the DR table for us. He is a whiz with the electric screwdriver:My mom is a slave driver, she puts the other 2 kids to work dusting and cleaning, she says they are earning their keep, just so I dont have to earn my keep!! They told me that they have a toy for me and I am like Bring it on....what are we waiting for???It was a Rudolph stuffie and it squeaks!! YIPPEEE!! I was shaking it and having lots of fun with it, Thanks Tyler! They wanted some snow while they were here, so Mother Nature being the nice lady she is provided about 7-8 inches for them. They were happy, us~~not so much!! Actually the snow is fine but the cold, I am not a fan of. It warmed up on Friday, so we went outside to play:I ran and snooped around:while they got pulled in the sled, and made snow angels: They have such a tough life!!This is our faceless, armless and hatless snowman! It was fun being out in the first big snow and all the kids had fun too.
They arent leaving until Tuesday so we still have lots more to do with them. Have a great weekend!!

  3. Hi Jazzi, you look very nice in the snow pics - the contrast between you and the snow makes for a great pic.
We love that those little humans are being kept busy working - you keep a close eye on them.
Our mum was sorry to hear about your mom's dog collection - she would not be pleased if someone threw all her dog ornaments in the bin!
They have been gathered over the years and all have memories associated with them.
You will have to start another collection for your mom.
    love and kisses

  10. Hi, Jazzi!
Sounds like your Mom is like my Grandma. She can't see someone with his/her hands crossed because she makes you do something at that right moment!
Glad you all had a nice time!
It is too cold for me!

  14. That snowman looks like one of my momma's creations. Although I am sure that you being a lady you refrained from pee'ing on it.

Glad to see the little humans hard at work. They are quite useful.
