It was a nice day so we went for a walk to the Park.
I looked over and saw this big group of Geese. I thought that I'd go over and say Hi!!
Apparently they aren't the friendliest.....they flew away and cleared that field out so fast that it wasn't even funny!!
Guess where they went? To the river. We have a river that flows right through our town. It is a pretty cool river too.
I'm watching you guys.....and I LOVE water...and I could swim right out there if.....only I wasn't on this leash!! You 2 really lucked out on this one!!
While I was looking at the Geese...LOOK what else I saw? I stick that needs rescued. I immediately thought of Buddy and knew that he would be the guy. So it is still there waiting for you if you want to make the trek to Illinois.
Good job getting rid of those geese! Now are you sure that's just a stick? Looks like a creepy reptile of some sort to us.ReplyDelete
I too have found that geese don't tend to stick around when I rush over to say Hi to them.ReplyDelete
Best not to take it personally, I think.
They are a cliquish lot, the Gooses. Good work on the stick spotting! HUgs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Yeah, most da burds take off when I come near dem too. Burdbrains.ReplyDelete
We have the very same problem here Oreo! The birds always take off when we go near them! We think Buddy would love to come and get that stick...but we are pretty sure that Michelle would like to keep him close for now!ReplyDelete
The geese fly off here if we get too close to them too, Oreo. That is one big stick!ReplyDelete
What a beautiful place to go walkies Oreo. Watch those geese thingys though, they can be very rude when they speak to you!ReplyDelete

Take it easy on those geese. One of them might be my Uncle Oscar.ReplyDelete
WE get lots of birds in our yard but the Geese just fly over honking there horns at us and dropping the occasional poop bombReplyDelete
