First of all, Our dear friend Miss Maggie has gone to the bridge. We know that she is free and not sick anymore, I am sure she is running with all our other friends.
She always had such a sweet smile....She loved M & M cookies and her ice-cream and pizza and all her fruits and veggies....
And especially she LOVED her Taco!! Until we meet again~~We will miss you Maggie!!
Now secondly...as you know the Valentine dance is coming up and I have been asked by the handsome Bertie. I was quite excited bout this. I don't think Jazzi could believe it!! I said Why is that so shocking Jazzi? and she just shook her head!!

I am back!!

I had a wonderful day yesterday. I was at Scotts (my groomer) place. I love to go see him. He brushes my furs all out without hurting me and I get washed, clipped, nails done and the whole 9 yards!! I smell so good and when I am done I gets to play with the other doggies that are there too. Sometimes, I am having so much fun that I hate to go home, awww just kidding, I am jumping and barking when Mom comes to pick me up!! Ha! I was pretty shaggy.

And the after: I am all snazzied up for Sweet William and the Valentine dance!! Mom loves the haircuts cuz she said she loves me nice soft fur. The munchkins like to sit and rub my back and I am not minding that one bit!! bol
On the way home, we stopped at the fabric store. I had to wait in the car and Mom went in and found me the most cutest material for the Valentine dance!! It is SNAZZY!! She is working on it this weekend. I am picking up Sweet William in my vertable and so we will be getting it all washed up pretty quick too. I cant wait to see you all at the dance!!

Look at me. See how shaggy I am? Well....not fur long. I am headed off to my most favorite hair cutting guy, Scott. He is really cool and I love getting haircuts so much that I give him lots of kisses while he is cutting me. But not to worry Sweet William, they are friendly kisses!!
I have to get all Snazzied up so I will be all beautiful for Sweet William for the Valentine dance.

Multi-lingual

Did you ever stop to think about how multi-lingual us dogs are?? We are fluent in Dog, and I know we all know Cat, Squirrel and Bird languages. Along with that we know English and some know other peep languages. We also know Sign (hand commands), Whew!! That is alot for our brains to have stored in there. I think this should qualify us as Genius's, don't you????

My Mom has decided to add a new language to my brain. Mom is an American Indian from the Shawnee tribe. She even has the card that says she is 1/2 Indian. She is from the great state of Oklahoma. Her tribe has a newsletter every month and she has been collecting information from it and she has decided that it is time for me and Addy to learn the Indian language.

I thought that it would be fun if I could teach all of you what I learn and you can tell your friends and even your peeps might want to share it~~it would make them seem smarter too, after all they need all the help they can get after knowing how much we all know, ha!
We are going to start with a very simple phrase as Hello, my friend: Ho, ne ki ni

Just cuz I sit in a chair up to the table, does that really constitute the word Begging? Seriously?
In fact, if you kept my food bowl full at ALL times, I might not hafta sit here and watch you. After all, you feed us twice a day, I see all you guys feeding your faces 87 times a day!! I am just really interested in what you are doing, is that really wrong? Cant a sweet Scottie take interest in my peep?? Just cuz I am interested in you~~by no means is that "Begging"
Lily is asking us names we call our peeps. Well, one that comes to mind right now as far as the foodables go is STINGY, Non Sharer, Selfish, you get the point?? BOL

Jazzi had some news for me to see today. She received a comment about me. I was totally surprised to read it. The very intelligent Bertie has asked me to go the Valentine Dance. I didn't know if I would be asked as still being somewhat of a pup as Jazzi says. Well.....seems that it is A-OK with the peeps so....
Size is only in the mind, I am an fiesty pup too and Hey! I love dancing and having fun. Now just so you know, I am not the prissy girl that Jazzi is, I dont do clothes, maybe a Valentines scarf. The only pink I will wear is in my ears and round my nose!! HA! I am more of a tom-girl kind of dog but I think we will both have so much fun. We will show up that ole Jazzi and Sweet William that's fur sure!! BOL

Jazzi thinks that we can all go in her vertible but I told her no thanks. I think Bertie and I can figure out something even cooler. Cant wait fur the dance Bertie!!

I decided to check my E-mail today and guess what I got in my E-mail. It was an E-mail from my adorable and most handsome Sweet William. I was totally so excited and couldn't wait to open it. LOOK, what he sent!!
Isn't that just so sweet? He knows how to sweep me off my paws!! I eewwed and aawwed for a bit and I was smilin...from ear to ear.

I thought I would have a red dress but in Moms cleaning she found the Valentine fabric. While I do like the Snoopy fabric, the hearts are very cute too. After all my heart does belong to Sweet William, what do you think??

We had SNOW the other day. Being a Scottie, i just LOVE the snow. Mom cant hardly get me in out of it!! I do lots of sniffin.... and hidin...behind the bushes.
You wouldnt believe the smells in the snow. I always get a snout full of Snow too and snowballs all over my fur!!
Addy wasnt sure exactly what to do in the snow. She just stood there and watched me sniff my little heart out!! I tried to convince her to join in and that the smells were really great.
Next thing I know is..I look up and I see her begging to go inside!! Pups!! Whatchagonna do??? BOL

P.S. We switched to Fire Fox and it is wonderful, problems fixed!!

Addys entry to Mango Minster

I don't know if any of you remember last summer when Uncle Ed bought me my very own Bear skin rug?? I have kept it away from Addy in order to keep it intact. I like to lay on it cuz it is so soft, plus it has squeakers on the paws.
Well....the other day I was laying on it in front of the warm fire and I accidently had left it out and Addy found it. At first, I thought YIKES!! but I watched her closely and know what? She decided that she would lay on it~~at least her from paws would lay on it. You wont believe this but ALL of a sudden Miss Dog-zilla, all 65 lbs of her~~laid down, put her paw around Mr Bear and snuggled with Mr Bear. Now....I ask you , isn't that just too darn cute?? This is Addy's entry to Mango Minster!! Who knew that Dog-zilla actually has a soft side to her??? Mom says, She wishes she could see that soft side with her rose bushes!! BOL

I would like to introduce you to Uncle Ed's new cat. They saw this adorable cat sitting outside and it was just crying its poor little heart out. They went out and got him and put him in the garage. The next few days they went around and asked the neighbors if they were missing a cat and no one was. So they decided that the cat must be meant to be theirs. So now he has a new home at the Kansas farm. They got him all checked out with the cat DR and he is fine and all good to go. Apparently he likes to be everywhere and see everything that is going on so they named him Snoopy. Snoopy lives in Uncle Ed's garage and Snoopy loves it in there. He is catching mice like no bodies business, so they are happy bout that. So what do you think Madi? Isn't he a handsome guy and you and Snoopy can hang out this summer at Uncle Ed's place when we go for our cookout.
I did tell him about you Madi and how you are a Diva and all and well....he just got a little shy:But....I think you both will hit it off just fine!! So Welcome Snoopy to Blogland, I am sure you will be seeing more of Snoopy in the days to come!!

Puter Hacker

Yep, our puter E-mail and Facebook was hacked yesterday. We had no idea until my grandma peep called to tell us that she had received an e-mail from my mom asking for money and that she was stuck in the Philippians!! LOL From then on, we kept getting more phone calls and Mom was spazzing out like a chicken with her head cut off BOL on exactly what to do. She was NOT that calm and cool person that I know. Funny how things like this makes a peep act. Ha! Turns out that once they got in, they changed the password to what they wanted so that Mom couldn't sign on to her own account using the old password, but she showed them and changed it to a new one!!

One of Moms friends was IM~ing with the guy on facebook as she was talking to my Mom on the phone. BOL During that time, Mom was in the process of changing her password on Facebook and her friend told him to F off and right then it changed and he kept saying ~Are you there? Are you there? I cant see what you are writing!! BOL He was cut off the Facebook and there have been no problems since. Mom is able to sign on each time, so she knows it is fine.
She got with Yahoo, and she had to fill out all kinds of forms to report it, forms to try and get her e-mail back and forms to get her contacts back. Yahoo has been great so far and has restored 90 % of her old mail just through Dec 27th but hey! it is better than nothing. Now she is just waiting to see if they can restore my contacts and we will be good to go. If they cant we will need you to send us your e-mail again.

Luckily Mom doesn't keep any account information in her E-mail and she doesn't pay bills on line except one. The only thing she was worried about was that she had just paid the Discover card that day and there was a confirmation e-mail there. She called the Discovercard and they said that no one could access their account by that confirmation e-mail but that they will monitor it just to make sure and there has been no activity on the Discover card.This is so crazy and very frustrating and we are sorry for all of you getting these goofy E-mails!! So that was OUR day yesterday!! :-) The GOOD news is: They didn't mess up my blog BOL!!!

My peep is a Flake part 2

My peep is a Flake~~More flakiness!! She tends to sprain her ankle Alot. She can do it just stepping off a step or missing the bottom step or just plain walking. She has sprained it like 9 times already. Once she sprained the night before she was leaving to go to Texas to see her daughter, she missed the last step. She said NOTHING was stopping her from flying to Texas and nothing did. She got her crutches out and she got to ride in the fancy mancy wheel chair all around the airport and when she go to their apartment guess where they lived?? On the 2nd floor!! BOL and guess what the weather was like there? Rainy!! BOL But she went up and down them and did all the stuffs that they wanted to do!!

She also falls alot too:
Ex.1~~Once she was carrying her youngest daughter to the car and dad peep and the other kids were in the car. There was a small muddy spot and she found it and she started going haywire!! Arms were going everywhere and she was trying so hard not to fall but no luck and she fell right in the muddy spot but the baby didn't get any mud on her!! Everybody else in the car was literally cracking up cuz they said it was so funny to watch, BOL

Ex 2~~The peeps used to do paper routes and the snow and ice was almost gone. But she managed to find a small piece of ice, and yes, she went down. She hit the pavement so hard on her face that she gave herself a black eye!! BOL

Ex 3~~They were in Houston and went downtown by this waterfall thing and to some underground mall deal. Everyone was just walking along laddedy da and unbeknownst to Mom there was a small itty bitty spot of sauce of Soy sauce on the floor that someone spilled. Yes, you guess it, she found it!! That itty bitty spot landed her smack dab flat on that mall floor. When the family looked back and saw her splatted on the floor they cracked up again, saying What are you doing on the floor??

Ex 4~~Not to log ago, they were in San Antonio and went to the River Walk. Again everyone is going along and they look back and here she is again, gots herself hung up on a brick and on the ground AGAIN!! BOL
They have decided that they all need eyes in the back of their heads to watch out fur her. My mom peep is an American Indian and she has always had this problem, Her cousins gave her an Indian nickname of Limping Antelope when she was young and to this day they still call her that. BOL She about trips over Addy so much, especially when she sprawls out in the middle of the kitchen floor!! Me....I know to keep to the sides of the room!! BOL

My Mom is a flake!! You see for Christmas she asked for and got a big and heavy cast iron pan. She has had to learn some lessons from it like: After you have been cooking in it, you don't pick it up by the handles like the old ones!! DA!! It is.... lets say a tad HOT!! BOL
Well....she decided to cook pancakes in it. Not a good idea. It wasn't long and the whole kitchen was filled with smoke!! No matter how much she turned down the burners, the pancakes were still burning. She then says "Well......maybe I shouldn't... cook pancakes in this pan" do ya think?? The smoke was really getting bad and it looked like this inside the kitchen.Immediately doors were opened etc. Now Kaleb came down the hallway, and stopped dead in his tracks. Then he said, "Grandma, I think I better drop low" and he did. He explained that he learned the Stop, Drop and Roll from Mr Fireman at preschool. Luckily he didn't start rolling on the floor, that would have been funny!! Now is this flaky or what?? This is what I have to deal with on a daily basis.

gee.....should I even mention the time that she put eggs on to boil and got on the puter? She heard some poppin and found exploded eggs all over the kitchen walls and ceiling. Dad was NOT amused by this situation!!

or....the time that the fondue pot exploded all over the dining room walls, ceiling and curtains!! I guess I should be happy that I am alive and that we still have a house left!! BOL

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Welcome 2012!! This is how Dog-zilla brought in the New Year.
And me, waiting fur it to come,This is how it looks all together~~Pups, they just cant hang with us BIG dogs!! I am working on my New Years resolutions and getting them all pawed out. But I know a very good project to start out with and all of you can help out with it and it is a fantastic project seriously!! I am sure that you are all aware of Sandra and the fire and loosing 5 of her 7 dogs. We cant even begin to imagine what her and her family is going through at this time. Dachies with Moxies mom is making a queen size comforter as a remembrance to the Fearless Five who gave their lives to save their family. In order for this to be done, Dachies with Moxie (Agnes) is in need of 6 inch squares of fabric to help make the quilt. It can be fabric that says something bout you or something from a fav blanket etc. If only I had Taco material, I would send a piece of that BOL and BTW, if anyone ever sees any, please scarf it up fur me BOL~~ok, back to the subject. Here is me and Addys pieces of fabric. Mine is Scotties and it represents the black and the wheaten Scotties and my fav color!!This is Addy's. We couldn't find anything really cool fur her, so we found these lips and thought Perfect!! we know that their peeps loved them and that they loved their peeps and I am sure they got 87 bazillion kisses!! click on the word kisses!!
Agnes is still in need of lots more squares. It can be any color, any print, it makes no difference, she will make it work cuz she is talented like that!!! This is gonna be queen size and I know it will be her favorite and will be cherished forever. My mom has tons of fabric and so we are going through the bins to see what good size pieces that we have. We have a pretty good pile going already.Agnes will also need a major huge piece to back the quilt with. It would be neat if she could back it with Sandra's favorite color. Can you find that out Agnes? If any of you have fabric, please could you go through it and send it to Agnes? And if you don't sew or have fabric, there is still a way to help out. You could donate some money to her so she could go and buy the size of backing piece that she will need. Please e-mail me at dcraftsalot@yahoo.com and I will give you Agnes's address so you can send your fabric or your donation. She needs the fabric by Jan 16th. She plans to have it done in time for Valentines Day and what a gift that will be fur Sandra.
Also when your fabric arrives at Agnes's house she post the square and she also post it after it is made so that you can actually see it. This is a great community here so I hope we all will be able to make this quilt happen for Sandra. I Jazzi, will be manning the puter for your e-mail and ready to send you the address, my first official job of 2012!! Happy New Year!!

While I am still playing in my box I have been watching the kitchen. The food is beginning to roll out. Looks like homemade sausage pizza tonight, I spotted Cheetos, and lots of snackums!! So I think this is gonna be a fun filled night fur me and Addy. Uncle Ed sent us a good movie to watch and we will be up to usher in the New Year.It has been a good 2011 for our family and Addy came to live with us in February. It was a little ruff in the beginning but Dog-zilla and I get along pretty good. I don't mind her around but please don't tell her that OK? he..he.. I like to Thank-you all fur following me and Addy and for all the new friends that we have made this year. It has been so much fun!! Addy and I have enjoyed all your blogs so much. I want to give a BIG shout out to my Sweet William. I hope you have fun tonight and wish we could be together!!
I will be making out my list of my New Years resolutions for 2012 and you can bet that eating more Tacos will be on it, HA!

A BIG box came the other day from The Hounddogs when Mom was at work. She had a busy day cuz she said people cant be happy with what they got for Christmas, that they have to return EVERYTHING!! She says she was returned out and so this BIG box brightened up her day. Now, that Dog-zilla has a few packages under her belt, she goes to town on this box like a bull in a china shop. If you are in her way, you better watch out!! I nosed right up there to see fur myself. Our sniffers were picking up some mighty good smells....like maybe TREATS!!! and our sniffers are NEVER wrong!!
I found em Jazzi, there is a couple bags of em over here!! WTG Dog-zilla. There might be hope fur her after all!! BOL
Inside the BIG box was also something fur Mom. Her mouth dropped open when she saw this. The cutest Scottie dog cookie jar!! Even though it doesn't show up good in this picture, it is all dark black!! Mom loved it and it already had cookies in it like in less than 87 seconds!!
Besides the treats and the cookie jar, there were some toys fur us!! YAY!! we love toys!! and a Scottie ornament that goes perfect on my Scottie Christmas tree.
THANKS so much fur thinking bout us and we love it all and yep, we gobbled up the treats. They were soft and very yummy!! You Hound dogs are the bestest!! We are havin...fun with the toys too!!

My gift to Sweet William

Besides doing the Christmas exchange with my partner, I also had another cute guy to exchange gifts with this year and that happens to be the adorable Sweet William. He sent me some great gifts. His Mom sent me pictures of the gifts that I sent to Sweet William fur me to show you all. Of course, me being the jokester that I am, I had to tape it up really good so that he had a hard time getting it open. Hey! There has to be fun in the beginning right?? I think he was surprised that it was taped really good he...he...he... and it looks like he gave it a good try!!Once he got it opened he found a bunch more wrapped pressies.
I put a Santa hat on top cuz I knew he would look adorable with it on and he is modeling it fur me!! This hat had a candy cane on it to add that "special" touch to the hat. Doesn't he look pretty Snazzi? Now he tears right into the pressies. His Mom said he didn't waste any time opening them.
She said that he really liked my card and he kept looking at it. (blushing) We all know that our guys like to snooze and to make sure that my guy is comfy~~ I gave him his own super soft Scottie blankie, a nicely stuffed Scottie pillow to lay his head on. That should make fur some good naps. I also gave him a quirky fun squeaky stuffy toy, (which BTW, Addy was dying to get ahold of BOL) and Mom made him a Scottie bow tie to wear and his very own stocking with his name on it filled with treats and snacks. His Mom said that he loved everything. Sweet Williams Mom loves to draw and paint and we gave her some mini canvas's so she can make some pretty pictures on them. Maybe he will show us what she painted on them once she gets a chance to do them. Sweet William said that she loved that too. We both had a great Christmas.

It was a success due to all of you and to Moms helpers, Hound dogs mom, Sherri~~Finns Mom, Marianne and Schnauzer Days mom, Di for all their help with the cards. Can't wait till next year right??

Seems like every Christmas is the same. Mom likes to show off her Scottie haul, so without further addo...here it is.... Scottie towel made by Aunt Linda which she said will NOT get used or dirty HA! and 2 towels from her niece.
A Scottie necklace and Scottie socks and off course she got the Scottie calendar for the kitchen wall. Actually it was a slow year fur her Scottie stuff but she still loves it all!!

Me and Addy's Christmas and an extra surprise!!

Hysterics in the Barracks is what Mom calls 2 dogs fighting fur the pressies. Aww oh, she isn't so fast with that flashy box to get us both actually opening the packages BOL First, I had to do the packages from Sweet William. A purple toy, some bones and some goodies fur my Mom!! Thanks Sweet William I love it and addy scarfed up a bone or so.
Next came Uncle Ed's pressies. We got really snazzi handmade doggie Christmas cookies, aren't they cool? We each got place mats with our names on them for a clean floor fur Mom, yah right!!
We got some more Wubbas and bones and squeaky balls and treats from our family. No pictures cuz the toys are everywhere, seriously Addy made off with them like there is no tomorrow!! Now......fur the most exciting gift from Uncle Ed. I had to paw my eyes twice bout this~~I couldn't believe it!! I got a coupon and here is what it says:

YIPPEE!! We all get to go to Uncle Eds place. I spoke with him and he said in the spring when the weather is warm so probably in June!! He said we will have the different categories to participate in so that gives us the winter to get to practicing.
I am so thrilled to be able to bring my friends to Uncle Ed's house. We are gonna have loads of FUN!! WOW!! What a Christmas gift!!

I was all by my lonesome today. Addy got to have her very first spa day today. She got a baff, her nails done and her ears cleaned. She is now white as snow and she smells really good, not like the old Dog-zilla, Ha! I kept sniffin her cuz she smelt that good. Isn't she pretty now, well as pretty as a Dog-zilla can get??She even came home with a cute red bandana that they gave to her when she was there, She must have really got the upgrade spa treatment!!Thing is...she is looking all cute and alls she wants is to get that darn scarf off. She went spastic on us and was jumping and flipping and rolling all over the place trying to get it off. It was pretty funny fur Mom and me to watch, BOL She looks a little cracker dog here doesn't she?? After awhile she just gave up and decided to deal with it and everything was back to normal again!!

Today Uncle Ed sent me some pics of his Christmas decorations round his house. Uncle Ed lives out on a little 5 acre farm in Kansas in the middle of no where, BOL He helped get all the stuffs out. He says these are his skis but I am wondering bout the flowers and the bells on there. I just don't think they are gonna work very well this way!! Hey, Uncle Ed, with my teef and Addys rose bush chewin...experience~~we can have this pluff ripped off here in NO time flat for ya, really!! I'm just sayin....... Aunt Linda made this Christmas picture. She is really talented and also makes the snazziest quilts around. Oh Minna Krebs!! You will love this and who doesn't just LOVE Snoopy and Charlie Brown? They are just way cool, don't you think?Here is Uncle Eds Christmas tree. It is really decorated up nicely and LOOK at all those gifts under there!! Man!! I know he is super cool and all but WOW, he must have been really really really good this year!!

Addy is getting used to the flashy box and is getting better at posing fur the pictures, so Mom thought that she would do a Christmas photo shoot. LOOK what I woke up to yesterday....the first real snow of the year!! See....how smooth the snow is? I LOVE snow and so therefore I was soooo excited. A lookie look here....and a sniff sniff here.....
pretty quickly I had a snout full of snow, bol. It was so much fun, i was zippin...alll round the bushes, up and down the yard and really kickin...up my heals.
Believe me, the snow was flying behind my heals and I tore that yard up good!! Just take a look at the yard now. It was one of the funest days so far this winter!! So.....bring on more snow!!

Miss Dog-zilla doesn't like the snow apparently, alls she wanted was to go back inside!!

PLEASE HELP & SHARE!!! We are trying to get Christmas cards for Lucas and Juno.This is Lucas & his faithful service dog, Juno? Lucas is the 4 year old little boy with the terminal illness MPS. There is no known treatment...there is no cure...and Lucas's life expectancy is only 10 -15 years.
His service dog, Juno, is always by his side. Juno was trained by Lucas's father, after he rescued her from a shelter, where she literally was to be put down in a matter of another few hours. Together, they have formed an inseperable bond.
Life is not the easy, carefree thing it is for most children. The family has gone thru many ups and downs, in fact as Chester Hembree wrote in a note to me, "It seems like for every ounce of good news we get it's followed by a pound of bad news...lol. We've just learned to take what ever happens and make the best of it."

We would like to do something nice for Lucus and Juno and his family. Instead of finding bills in their mailbox, we'd like to fill it with CHRISTMAS CARDS! Holiday greeting and well wishes from around the globe! .... and we need YOUR help!

PLEASE...could you send the family a Christmas card? Let them know, that they are NOT alone in this. Tell them that there are people who truly CARE, this Christmas season. Yes, this year, I have a gift fur my bestest Uncle Ed. Mom worked on it and I snoopervised the operation. Addy has yet to meet the Great Uncle Ed but I have been telling her all about him. She can hardly wait to jump on him and say Hey!! Uncle Ed has a HUGE and I mean HUGE garage/shop. I think you could fit a plane in it, bol well....maybe not exactly but almost!! So we decided that he needed something so that everyone knew that this was his place, so here it is:Uncle Ed makes about 87 bazillion things and he is really good at it, he really is a Genius!! My wonderful mailman brought me another package. It was from my buddy Remington. I was so excited and so was Miss Dog-zilla. I heard she was telling on me but she is just as bad. She was pawing all over the box and sticking her head in there, that there was going to be some major fighting going on if she kept it up. Now, she is a dainty 65 lbs so it is hard for them to contain her, so little Kyla threw a doggie treat down the stairs and when she went to get it, she shut the door!! So HA! Addy!! Now I could open in some peace and quiet!!A bag in a box and all kinds of goodies on there. Sniff, sniff...A squeaky hedgehog and it kinda sings too. I LOVE it and am keeping this up and away from Dog-zilla. Squeaky football.....I bet this is the small size of Remington's football!! It fits me perfectly and now I have my very own football fur when Da Bears play!!Yay..fur the treats!! I love them too and I did share them with Addy. There is even a bone sucker in there. Before I could have that, I had to do a Scottie stand and I have no problem with that, it is easy peasy!!THANKS Remington for all the gifts. I LOVE each and every one of them and I am so glad that you are my buddy.

P.S. The 7 th was the date to mail out your Christmas packages. I hope that by now, every one has mailed theirs out and I know some have received theirs already and the rest should be getting theirs next week. We have ours mailed out to Lola and Finn, so be on the Lookout!! :-)

Hey!! I got a package from Uncle Ed, yay!! Normally, I haven't opened packages in the past, mom has always tried to get me to do it but I make her do it until I can see what is inside then I will take it from there. Well....this time when she said it was from Uncle Ed, I decided to open this all by myself. I took it and went to town on it. I mean there was MAJOR teef chewin...and growlin...going on here. I ripped that baby to shreds!!
You wont believe what I found inside of the package~~Devil horns!! YES, devil horns. I am like.....what in the world did he send this to me fur? I looked again thinkin...that it must be a joke, no joke just devil horns, not even ONE doggie treat!! what is goin...on with Uncle Ed? Is he gettin...that old peoples stuff? She want me to put on the devil horns and I said uh...NO WAY!! Not happening to this Scottie...so whats the next best thing to do?? Right, let put them on Miss Dog-zilla!! She wont mind BOL Don't these fit her exactly?? This is what you get fur chewing up ALL my stuffies!! Ha!Ha! you Bullsize Devil!!

Do you all remember back a few weeks ago when human Tom came in and was gonna rub my tummy while I was sleeping and skeered the ba-zeebies outta me?? Well....the note says that the Devil horns are for Tom to wear around the house and next time he comes in and I am doing some serious snoozing~~all the sparkles will be shiny and it will wake me up and then I wont be scared to death anymore. I guess that sounds like a good idea except for the point that Tom wont wear the devil horns either BOL

That's right~~I got my very first gift ever. LOOK at the addy, it has my name on it. It was from Maggie Mae and I was sniffin.. and was smellin..some good stuffs in there. Jazzi could NOT believe that it was for me and NOT here. She was fighting me for the gift and growlin...and stuffs like that. I was telling her to BACK OFF you little Pip-squeak!! ~~this is my gift and well....she didn't like that kind of talk at all. Mom didn't get a picture of it cuz she was busy breaking up the fight for the box. Seriously!! Kim had to hold her on the couch and she actually sat there and whined like a baby cuz she couldn't get into the box!! Sometimes she can be so immature!!
Once she was safely under control, I could open my gifts (with whining in the background at each toy that I opened) . I got the hang real quick and it was so much fun. Toys!!

I had gotten 3 yellow squeaky balls in this netting stuff and she was fighting me for the net, so we had a tug-o-war over the netting!!bol Guess who won?? Yep, ME!! I love these squeaky balls, can you hear it squeaking??

Today was the first day that I have recieved any Christmas cards. It was Great!! Anyone else getting cards too? Christmas tree time

Well....it was time to put up the Christmas tree. Addy didnt even really know what was happening. The bins started coming out and Dog-zilla started snooping right away. I told her that we can sniff but NO pawing stuffs.
Well....you can see what she found right away. I think she thinks that it is one of Moms rose bushes growing in side!! WATCH this: Umm....a nice stick.... Num....num....I told her to quit but do you think she listened?
BUSTED!! Addy did you do this to my NOEL sign? Miss Dog-zilla didnt bark a word!!So just for that, she had to model the Santa Hat!! BOLMeanwhile I was sniffin and found my stocking with the ornament that Uncle Ed gave me last year that says: Jazzi has been a good girl all year long!! There was lots of stuff to go through and it will take a couple days to get everything up and in its spot.But me and Addy did find our Santa Paws!! I had to explain the whole Santa Paws thing to Addy and she is like really? She can hardly wait for Christmas now.
When it came time for the lights, Addy insisted in helping so I figured that I should hang around to keep an eye out on Addy. I could see her chewing the wires or eating the bulbs. We had really good intentions but somehow things went terribly wrong!! Gulp! Addy, I think we are gonna be in BIG trouble fur this incident......I am just glad that Addy didnt decide to take off running to the other room or else the whole tree would fallen on us and she would have drug it all over the place!! Despite the light issue we got it all up and we like it. No presents under it yet and Addy hasnt gone on it yet either, so all is good in tree land. Oh! Ornaments keep missing and being dropped on the floor~~Do you think it is Addy?? Nope!! It is little Kaleb, seems that he cant keep his mitts off the tree, bol ~~Mission Accomplished!!

There is a chance that they will be moving and they don't want the cards to get lost or not get them. If you have already mailed their cards, I suggested that they put in a change of address in so that they will get there. If you haven't mailed theirs yet, please send theirs by E-mail. Thanks!! My assistant has been pretty busy and slow to get this up and bad bout getting to my blogs. I will try and lite a fire under her pretty quickly. But anyways, Addy and I had a great Thanksgiving. Lots of peeps were here and the turkey was yummy. This is how we started out eating our turkey dinner......
Somehow Miss Dog-zilla got herself all turned around and headed down the hallway while still eating her food.
She took a right turn at the stairs and even took it down the stairs bol~~Pup Bulldogs!!! Mom had to clean up the stairs where she left her messy trail!! It was quite a site to behold!!
Afterwards, we just both settled down in our sunnin...spot and took a nice long snooze.It was a very nice day and tomorrow is tree puttin...up day!! Mom works late tonight at what she calls the Zoo (Michaels craft store) during Thanksgiving weekend, so she will be worn out. We will get to your blogs so please be patient with us.

All the work is done, the house is clean, the pies and cookies are made, and we are ready to roll.....We have 2 special turkey's at our house. This guy mom whipped up today and he is going to be our bread warmer/holder. Don't worry we wont eat him!!We have bunches of these little guys and they will be at a place that everyone is sitting. Me and Addy patiently waited (right in the middle of the kitchen floor) for pieces to fall to the floor, and we were right on it. Lets see.....we gots us some splots of pumpkin and a couple candy corns, NO malted milkballs though. *sigh*

Good news!!! Addy got herself a new toy the other day and LOOK at the name of it....Dog-zilla. Doesnt that crack you up?? It did us!!It couldnt be a more fitting toy fur her. Looks ruff and tuff, hard plastic, indestructable, and a long lasting toy right?? I mean she can flop that baby round like a crazy girl and chew on it furever.
Addy was jumping fur joy when she saw it, we thought she was gonna jump right out of the top of the house, bol She loved it and she started playing with it right away. Addy was flipping and flopping it all over the place and running with it too. Now.....Addy has Lola's name fur Christmas who is also an American Bulldog, so we thought WOW!! We can buy her one for Christmas and Lola would love hers as much as Addy does. Bad news is......it only lasted 5 min and look at it now??? Guess it isnt so ruff and tuff as it seemed at least for Addy's chompers!! Sorry Lola, you wont be getting one of these Dog-zilla toys fur Christmas *sigh*
And.....the really sad news is....that me and Addy didnt even get a chance to play tug-o-war with it!! They just dont make things like they used to!!

See....my mailman?? He is really nice, cuz he leaves me and Addy doggie bisuits everyday in the mailbox. Well....I warned him that he might want to do some extra exercises cuz pretty quick he is gonna have alot of extra mail coming to this house.Of course, he asked why?? So....I explained that we have a Christmas Card Exchange list that all of us been getting on and that doggies/cats all over the world are gonna wear our mailmen OUT!!! See me here on this end of the couch~~sleeping all nice and peaceful? Mom was sitting on the other end of the couch and Kim was on the love seat across the room. I mean I was really deep into La La Land. Well....Moms son Tom came upstairs and saw me sleeping. He thought that he would kinda pet me on my belly. He put his hands on my belly, and it scared the be-jebbies outta me. I started yelping and crying like a baby, and growling~~it was so embarrassing but it just happened. I was so scared that I jumped way across the couch over by Mom. Do you know what happened after that? They all started laughing!! Are you as appalled as I was? I mean I had the scare of my life and they laughed!!! Tom said he didn't mean to scare me and tried to make it up to me, and alls I could do was growl at him. My heart was pounding like 87 miles a minute. What ever I was dreaming about, it really scared me when he touched me. Tom left and came back several times later to make up with me and each time I growled at him and snipped at his hand. Once they all left the room, I moved to the other couch and was finally able to calm myself down and get back to sleep again. But I cant help but wonder.....Why cant our peeps just let sleeping dogs lie???

Look here!! This cant be good if.....Santa is in trouble and standing against the wall. Mom saw him when she was out walking. Umm...wonder what he could have done wrong?? I just really hope that he gets out in time to bring us all our presents!

Did you see my header picture? Can you believe it?? Mom finally got a picture with me and Addy in it next to the turkey. Addy has a hard time sitting still for pictures for more than 87 seconds so she was happy that Addy is learning to do the picture thing.

Pumpkin Apple Dip

With all the pumpkins round here, Kim found a good recipe fur pumpkin Apple dip:
It is a can of pumpkin, a box of instant vanilla pudding and cool whip. Me and Addy got to try some, well.....like that whole plate full......and it was Delicious!!

While I love the fall time, cuz I love to kick up the leaves and do zoomies in them, I do know that there comes a time that they must all get raked up fur the leaf sucker to come and get them. And we all know what a pile of leaves means round this house.......

Apparently NOT!! I have decided that fur that incident that I am NOT looking at them or that darn flashy box....nope not this Scottie....
I knew that they would throw in a munchkin so that I would look~~Still not working!!
Now Addy is fortunate that she cant be thrown in the leaves due to the fact that she weighs a mear 65 lbs but I let Addy know that they will still get her....... and I told her that we girls stick together and NOT to look at them....even when they put the munchkin in to fool her and try to get her to look. Not this Dog-zilla!!!
GOOD Job Addy fur not looking and I think that we showed them, That us Girls RULE!!!

A Tune-up

This past week, Moms daughter and her 2 kids were here from San Antonio, TX. We had boys all over the place here, so I decided to give them a LONG list of things to do and then I put them to work so that they wouldn't drive me and Addy bonkers. My vertible needed a tune-up and adjustments, so they were just the guys to do it. It took them about 87 hours but it is all fixed up and ready to roll again. Anyone want to go fur a spin???

Christmas Gift Exchange Reminder

It is Nov 2nd and there is still time to get involved in the Christmas gift exchange:
The deadline is Nov 6th which is only 4 days away and then names would be posted on Nov. 7th. Once the names are posted, you get in contact with your name and get their mailing addresses and any information about what the dogs likes and doesn't like. The deadline for mailing your gift would be Dec. 7th, so that would give a whole month to shop and get it all packaged. The cost for a single is $10.00 and for a group is from $15.00 -$20.00. But.....remember...ONLY sign up if you really want to do this and can follow through. We have had a few in the past where someone didn't get a gift because their name didn't follow through and that isn't fair and is no fun fur my mom!! She kinda goes well....spastic!! Ha!

HAPPY HOWL-O-WEEN!!
I am Da Count!! I am liking this years costume. We have been pretty busy round here the past few days. We copied Remington and sprayed painted pumpkins fur the boys to chalk on,The peeps cut some pumpkins: BOL, Addy hung out on the floor snatching up the pumpkin stuff, uh....nice look Addy!! NOT!!
We even had a pumpkin guts smearing fight that broke out at our house. It was smeared on faces, dropped down shirts and stuff like that~~they do stuffs like this at our house. You just never know what my come flying at you. Last Christmas, it was a nice whip cream fight and I was all about that, as it fell on the floor, PEEPS!!
Well.....I am off fur a night of Trick or Treating and some FUN!! Hope you all are having a very scary and good Howl-O-ween!!!

The other day Mom left cuz she had to go to O'Hairs and when she came home she had company!! Remember little Miss Molly? She lives in San Antonio Texas. Well, her and her brudder Tyler and their mommy are here to see us fur Howl-O-ween. I am so excited that I just cant keep from kissing her, :-)She is a cutie. We both have dark hair and I like it that she is about my size ;-) She makes a great playmate. Her brudder is too busy with......da boys to worry bout me!!
Little Miss Bailey was over at our house too. This was the first time that me and Addy were formally introduced to her. She is a whopping 2 weeks old.Dog-zilla really liked her and she was actually very nice to Miss Bailey and Miss Molly.
Awww...the sweetness of a babies!! and the busyness and noise and excitement of 87 kids!! BOL Let me tell you~~ Me and Addy have our paws full!!!

I know it seems like awhile off but it will be here before we know it. I am talking bout our 3rd annual Christmas gift exchange. Here is who we have signed up for the Christmas Exchange so far. Check it and make sure that your name is on the right list. For anyone else who would like to join in, here is the information. The deadline is Nov 6th, so you will want to sign up pretty quickly. There are 2 groups, Singles and Groups:
GROUPS~~Usually if you have more than 3 dogs, they do a group and you will be assigned another group of dogs. So you would just buy your group a bunch of gifts for that group to share and the group that has your name would buy your dogs a bunch of toys to share.
SINGLES~~are of course single dogs. If you have 2 dogs, you could be a group or you could go single, it just depends on how many gifts you want to buy. If 2 dogs go single, then they would buy 2 gifts and receive 2 gifts. Does this make sense?
~~For the overseas doggies, we match them up with other doggies closeby in the same area, so that you are not shipping to the US to save $$, For you Pawstralians, you would be matched up with other pawstralians.
The first yr we had 15 singles and 6 groups.
The second yr we had 37 singles and 10 groups.

I think we all love giving gifts and receiving gifts. It really is fun.

Clyde and Ralph

Last year, we discovered that these guys have been living in our basement, Who knew?? Mom said they were born in Manikin land and when they got older they moved to a hair school before they came to our house. Ralph is on the right and Clyde on the left side. They are pretty nice guys.I decided to ask if they could come hang out with me??They played ball with me, they gave me a real workout, cuz they know how to play ball:We were pretty hot, so I took them on a spin in the convertible and we went and got Cosmopolitan ice cream at the Dairy Mousse. They really enjoyed the ride and let their hair down!! I showed them my sunnin...spot and we were quite the "swinging" trio!!
Clyde saw my horse and wanted to experience riding so I taught him everything I know and told him to hang on like his life depended on it. He did great riding on my horse, Yeehaw!!We had been pretty busy all day and so before it was over, we jumped on the indoor mini-tramp. First they were kinda cautious but they jumped fashionably high.The munchkins got ahold of my friends and have been spending time with them, and I thought that it might be nice of me to share with them. It was fun playing with Ralph and Clyde.

Today I made a pretty bad mistake. The mailman had left me and Addy our daily doggie biscuits and well....Mom was giving them to us. I guess I got really excited and over anxious, after all I am a Scottie with sharp teefs and well......when she gave it to me, I uh....Chomped and bit her fingers. She made noises and took it back and gave me a good talking to. If I wanted it then I am gonna have to take it nicely and not bite her. So.....I have learned the meaning of:
Don't bite the hand that feeds you!!
Hey!! Do you think she can actually stay mad at a face like this?? I am sorry!!
Naw.....and she gave me nother chance and I took it nice and easy!!

We got word that there were going to be cookies made at our house. Kim was making her delicious pumpkin cookies. She called home to make sure we had everything. Mom had to check the flower bin, so she picked it up and the lid wasn't all the way on and well......lets say flour Everywhere!! Addy was close by and went to check it out. She started licking it and kept licking it, so I thought umm...maybe it is something good.So....I took a gander over there, took a lick and Blaakkkk!! I said Addy, this is NO good, stop licking it!! Seriously~~I mean this stuff could gag a maget!!This was funny cuz she had flour all over herself and her black pants, arms, face BOL Do you think she would turn that flashy box on herself?? NO!! But let me tell you, she was a quite a sight fur sure!!! I then heard her call Kim, uh yah, you better bring home some flour!! BOL
BTW, the cookies turned out great and we even got one!! The flour taste much better when it is in the cookie!!

Last year, we had a Christmas Card exchange here in Blogland. It was so much fun cuz we were ALL getting more than our peeps were, it was so funny.......
that I just began waiting at the door when my nice mailman came cuz I knew that there were always cards fur me. I just politely said, Dad, just hand the cards over and no one gets hurt, bol
Pretty soon the place filled up and on both sides and around the room!! So......we are looking fur 2-3 people to help collect snail mail addresses and put them together and send them out in an E-mail to everyone. E-mail addresses will NOT be shared on any blogs. Little Miss Bailey came home from the hospital............
which means that the other 2 munchkins ~~finally left here~~ arrived home safely.......
which means that all is back to normal now.......
Yep, I would say that ALL is normal back in Jazzi's World......BTW, that duck lasted a whopping 5 minutes, Poor ducky!!which means now....we can catch up on blogs as soon as Mom gets off work tomorrow night!! Geeezzz....I feel like I have missed so much!!

Why we are MIA the past few days

We have been MIA the past few days: Mom has been at the hospital~~but nor fur her but fur Mr. Shoot U Up's mom. You see Valerie is having a baby munchkin. And....without further adoo......here she is. This is little Bailey Ren'ee: Munchkin # 7
Mom got to be in the labor room coaching Valerie and helping the Dr deliver the baby!! not really!! Well.....about the delivery part, she left that to the Doc. I told her NOT to ask if she could be of assistance!! bol and knowing her as I do, I could see her asking bol!! She went in at 6:00 AM Friday and had Bailey at 5:49 PM Friday. The cord was wrapped round her neck and so she was blue when she was born but she is A-ok now, so we are all happy bout that. Bailey's Dad cut the cord but when they were cleaning her up, it needed to be cut again, so my Mom got to cut it closer to the clip! She was happy to do that, its the weird things that excite a grandma geezz........ Anyways she weighed in at a hefty 9 lb, 6 oz and 21 1/2 inches long and sandy color hair. Mr. Shoot U Up was born bald as a baby's butt bol so they were thrilled with hair~~Mom says that means hair bows!! Course I think there would be hair bows even if....there was no hair!!
Mom got to help with the inkin...of the footsies!!
Mr. Shoot U. Up had to come check out his new baby sister:

So...... Addy and I have had our paws full, cuz these kids have been at our house since Thursday night and everyone keeps running to the hospital to see the baby. After she goes home, things will get back to normal and the noise level will go down round here. We will get to blogs just as soon as we can. Geee....Now I have something in common with Remington, we each have our own personal Bailey!! yay!!

Skeleton Attack

That's right , I Addy was attacked by these 2 skeleton guys, I know, they look harmless but.....let me tell you, that....it ISN'T the case at all.
They were playing with the floor rugs which was fine and dandy with me cuz I was sitting there minding my own business and then the boney guys threw a rug on me. I was shaking it off pretty easily. Piece of cake.
Then.....all of a sudden, outta no where they came chargin.... at me again!!! One on each side and the one was grittin...his teef and the other one was making funny noises and they got me with more rugs and got my head all covered up.
I got panicky cuz I couldn't see where I was going.....and I was trying to get this ole rug off me and I was turning circles....and see that skateboard?? Well....I tripped over it and my paws got caught on it and the darn thing started moving and then I really got spooked and it flicked me right off and I was jumping all around and alls I could hear was the skeletons laughing!! Have you ever heard skeltons laughing?? They make wierd noises!! I finally got it off and it was a horrible experience for this Pup!! And.....where was Jazzi when I could have used her help?? Well......Miss scaredy cat was in her bed!! As soon as she saw the first rug flying, she ran away so that they wouldn't do it to her!! THANKS Jazzi fur all your help~~Really appreciated!!
So I guess the moral of the story is......if you come across any little skeleton guys ran away as fast as your paws will take you!!

How can you tell that it is close to Halloween?
Cuz she comes home with crazy glasses for me to wear, Seriously!!! Really Mom???HA! HA! Addy, gets em too!! But...she is fighting it tooth and paw!!
Someone asked why Addy isn't in pictures with pretty decorations. Well.....the truth is that....it isn't because that Mom hasn't tried. You see, I am older and know just how to sit and let her get her picture and I am on my way. Well....Miss Dog-zilla is still a pup and a very movable Pup. She scares easily and gets afraid of getting near things that she hasn't seen before. Add the fact that she weighs over 60 lbs, that it takes a lot to lug her near objects. Mom tries treats but Addy smells it on Moms hand and keeps sniffin her hand and wont sit still fur the life of her.

Plus, it takes Mom about 87 tries to get that perfect Picture and there is NO way Addy is gonna sit for that many tries for the good picture!! We work with her and hopefully pretty soon, we can get more pictures of us with the decorations. We will keep trying!!

Well.....he came over today and lite the fire under the workers, he gave out about 87 orders and Guess what happened??? Yep, thats right, The garage is all done!!! Arroooossss here BIG time!!

It has lots of lights, is insulated and all dry-walled, and pretty torch lights on the outside. It is already for Moms workshop in there and now she gets to sew curtains for the door and window. The family is thrilled to have it over with!! YAY!! How cool is that huh???? It needs some cleanup before we can move my vertable in there!! Now, I know what we will be doing this week!!

Waiting at the Dogters office is so hard. I wanna play with all the dogs that come in. Instead, I sit and wait and wait.....and wait. Hey lady, do you have a room fur me yet?? I have been here like for 87 minutes!!Finally, a room and the sore is just a staff skin infection. I may have some allergies too. So...some meds and allergy pills and I was on my way. He said I will be fine.

Then onto the spa. We met Scott and me and Mom loved him. He loves and specializes in Scotties, so he knows just what to do. I got washed, dried and cut and had my nails done!! Scott said that I was the kissyist dog that he has ever had. I kissed and gave him licks as he was doing my haircut. Before:Mom was very pleased. Some other dogs came in for spa day too, so when they got done, we all got to play together. It was lots of fun. After:
Then I waited fur Pippi to come and before long there was a knock on the back door. She knew that this was the house cuz she recognized the red car bol!! So ....naturally we took a little spin round the neighborhood!! She was quite excited and Pippi was arroooing..... and we waved our paws at all the guys!!Of course, they want pictures of me and my lil sis. But, ya know it is so hard when they are saying Jazzi, Look here, Look there!! No Pippi, Look up!!Jeepers, I dunno which way to Look now!!So....the question is.. How many times does it take to get 2 Scotties to look the same direction?? Apparently more than 3 times!! Ha!

Pippi got to meet Dog-zilla. At first, Addy is like wait, Here is Jazzi and another one over here?? Whats going on?? After all we do look so much alike and we even move the same way. My lil sis is born 2 months behind me though:
When we were playing with her, Addy had a scottie coming at her from each side, wished you could have seen the look on her face bout that!! It was priceless!! Pippi took the liberty to let Addy know by Grroowll.....who is the 2nd boss round there and it wasn't Addy!! Mom had got us each a chewy bone and of course Addy took care of most of them. They were kinda like community bones!! Addy had a bone in her mouth and know what? Pippi went over and took it right out of Addys mouth and I dont think Addy believed what just happened. It was really funny. Addy walked by Pippi and the bone but she never tried to get it back!! But the strange thing is that we cant find the piece of bone and I dont think Pippi finished it off. Pippi hid it in a really good spot WTG pippi!! Addy is still searching fur it~~Pups!!! bolOur moms and us: They traded Dogs!!And Pippi got to meet the munchkins, Kyla and Kaleb. They both loved Pippi!!
So...it has been a really fun day today. The best part was seeing Pippi again. That really made me SMILE!!

Today is a very BIG day for me. I have a sore on my tummy that Mom noticed 2 days ago, so I am going to the Dogter and get it checked. Hopefully its nothing serious. Then on to the groomer. I am going to be going to a brand new groomer this time. Remember my friend Treeu? Well, he gets his haircut there and he looks so good, so we are trying the same guy. We will see how it turns out. Then the best part, I come back home and I am having company visit me. Wanna know who??

It is Pippi from Roving Van Gelders. I love her Mom and I give her tons of licks and kisses!! I know Rocky Creek Scotties got to see her and so did Stuart and so did Down Under Daisy's mom and now it is my turn. She looks just like me and is kinda my lil sis. I am sure that we will have a great time and maybe, just maybe I can take her fur a spin in my vertable!! Plus she will get to me Dog-zilla so that will be interesting, BOL

This years National Taco Day was so much fun. I think we all thoroughly enjoyed our tacos. Now fur the drawing for the taco squeaky toy. The names are all in this Taco.

Taco Day was a HUGE success!! Last year 7 dogs ate Tacos and yesterday there were 35. Arrrooooo..can you believe that?? Fur some, this was their very first Tacos ever and they were all so yummy werent they?? The variety of what were on the Tacos was amazing!! A BIG Thank-you to all that joined in and made this a fun activity and we will forward to it again next Oct 4th. Ben and Lily have accepted the mission of finding out about the Pink Taco so after their careful research, I am sure that they will share that portant info with us all.
Also an Garage update: It is coming along slow but sure. We had about a 3 week holdup about finding an electrician that didnt cost my mom and dad an arm and a leg!! bol They said they kinda like to keep their body parts!! Also we have taken over some of the work ourselves to help save $$. My SIL and my son can only work on the weekends and now they HAVE to work around Da Bears!! BTW, Da Bears won last Sunday!! YAY!! More supplies were delivered yesterday and it wont be much longer before it is all done. It really looks nice too.
I do know that it WILL be done in Oct. So.....one of you Oct dogs/cat will win but.....which one will it be??? I can hardly wait to find out!! So stayed tuned!! Uncle Ed wants it to be him BOL

National Taco Day!!

As you all know, I LOVE Tacos and so needless to say I was thrilled last year to learn that there is actually a National Taco Day and it is on Oct 4th. Last year, we held our first Taco Day and there were 8 dogs that ate Tacos with me. I am so happy that you have chosen to help me celebrate this day and fur some of you this is your first Taco. I hope that you all had fun and enjoyed your Taco. This is my Taco before I devour it. Mom made me some home-made Chicken Tacos with a nice sauce. You cant see it all but believe me, I smell it and it is in there!! She is even giving me 2 heart shape cookies fur dessert!!
It never takes me long to eat mine, I am experienced!! bolPlate licked clean and now onto the cookies!! crunch, crunch!!That was great and nother successful Taco done!! I must Thank Uncle Ed fur ~~teaching me how to get on the table~~ letting me sit with him at the table and fur Kim, cuz without her making tacos, walking away and leaving them on the table, I would have never known that I love them so much. Some of you may be wondering bout Addy. She wont be eating cuz people food makes her kinda sick and she is outside alot if you know what I mean and she gets Horrible gas, and none of us want to deal with that!! But I do have a very "Special" friend that I am also posting fur!! Can you guess who???

Who else but the Handsome Sweet William!! Would you look at his spread, doesn't it look great?? And he looks dashing with the hat on??? Hey, he even gets a drink with his Taco. Maybe he will have me over next year fur Tacos, do you think??

As you know it was soo.... incredibly windy here today and a Scottie can only sleep so much. So I was surfing in the Los Angeles, California area and guess what I found?The best and coolest restaurant round. I couldn't believe my eyeballs. Could this actually be a real place?? The Pink Taco??? Well....after further investigation, it is fur reals!! A Taco place and with my favorite color WHOA!!!
Of course, I, Jazzi Chamber's had to check out the menu and would you look at these yummy tacos?? Don't they look licious?? Are you all drooling like me??
And...to top that off, you should see the real live entertainment that they have. How cool is that?? I really really wanna go like ASAP.
I asked Mom bout us makin..our own girls day out~~flying on the plane and all but all I got was a BIG fat NO!! (sigh)
It would have been fun though. Mom promised that she would do something special fur my Taco eatin day. It is coming up very soon~~National Taco Day on Oct 4th which is next Tuesday. I hope you all are getting your Moms to make you tacos and every dog posting their taco eatin pics on Tuesday October 4th. That is just 4 more days. Some of you may have already ate yours, just remember to post it on Tuesday.

First it was the rain fur 2 1/2 days.....now it is Mr Windy blowing like 90 miles an hour. The awnings are blowing like crazy...honestly it sounds like a freight train is comin...through!!
I think I am settling in fur a LONG afternoon snooze!!! Maybe Mr. Windy will be gone by the time I wake up!! paws crossed!!

When Mom was in South Padre having her R & R, I got a package and it sat here until she got home. I won it from the roaching class by Mona & Weenie. My lazy assistant is just now getting round to showing you guys. It had all these great toys in it plus a bag of treats but as you can see there are no treats in the picture~~that's cuz me and Addy ate em all!! and they were yummy!!
Sadly, Addy got ahold of the giraffe and well....................
Thanks so much fur the package and we LOVE the toys and we are sharing~~well....Addy has one and I have 2!! BOL Just the way it should be right???
And I must admit, there has been a bit of disagreement on who gets the toy at times but don't worry she may be Dog-zilla but I usually win!! Never under-estimate an Scottie!!

Raining cats and dogs!!

I don't know if you can see this BIG puddle or not but it has been raining cats and dogs here like fur 2 days now. When she opens the door to go outside, I am like hold up, I am NOT going out there. Lets back this thing up!! She tries to push me outside but NOPE not going and that's that!!!
When the rains let up some, she finally gets me outside and then she complains when I come in cuz I smell like a wet dog, DUH!! what do they expect huh?? But.....LOOK what I have been seeing round my neighborhood: Our green is changing colors!!
The trees are so pretty and the crispness of Fall is in the air!! I love the fall time, cuz I love kicking up the leaves in the yard and makin...em crunch..... and Oh no..... YIKES!! That means that there will be some serious leave rakin..going on pretty soon and we all know what happens then.....Awwww.......

Special wishes fur Uncle Ed

Yep, this is a very very Special Anniversary to my great Uncle Ed and my wonderful Aunt Linda. They have been married fur 45 yrs now!! This is them leaving the church. Aunt Linda was so afraid that she would fall~~ going down that long flight of stairs that was there plus everyone was throwing rice at them. See....the little girl at the bottom of the picture? That was my Mom, she was just about 9 yrs old and she has her bag of rice to throw right in their faces bol As a matter of fact, my mom was one of those ~~pain in the butt~~ wonderful little sisters that was sent along with Linda and Ed on dates by their mom. So my Mom would be in the backseat and pop up right between them and talk 90 min an hr!! Anyone have else have one of those sisters? My mom thought it was great, Linda and Ed well.....Not so much!! This is them today. Don't they look great??And this is the pretty bouquet of beautiful Roses that Uncle Ed bought fur Aunt Linda. Wasn't that sweet if him? He is pretty Snazzi like that.
So........lets all wish my Uncle Ed and Aunt Linda a very Happy 45th Anniversary!!!

Whenever Mom is fixing dinner, Miss Dog-zilla loves to lay around the kitchen floor. She lays in front of the stove, the fridge and she kinda hogs this area.....
and on the other side of the island..... and back to the doorway.....Mom is almost always tripping over her. Least Limping Antlelope hasnt fallen yet!! bol LOOK at that smirk on her face, she thinks that she is just so funny!! Pups!!Whereas, I lay off to the side, cuz paw-ersonally I dont liked to get stepped on or tripped over. Anyone else like to lay around on the floor like that?

As you know, I was deserted at home while they went to make a check on the grand kids in San Antonio. Tyler and Molly are doing great. They loved having grandma and grandpa around.Molly sure leads a ruff life to me, I mean pushed around down in South Padre, having her own personal fan blowing on her, everyone waiting on her hand and paw, does she think she is some kind of "Diva" or something?? All, I have heard about is....how cute and adorable she is, what a cute smile she has, how sweet she is, how she is such a doll, and what a great baby she is.....Enough Already!! Give it a rest guys!! I don't want to hear all this anymore, I am more concerned bout this....I mean there are 3 hands holding this Mongo Taco!! And the sad thing is...that they didn't even bring home a doggie bag of it fur me. Can you believe it? But Mom says it was about 87 inches long, the tortilla was home-made, it was filled with chicken, special sauce with all the trimmings and it was sooo good. Now that I am foaming at the mouth, what are you gonna do about that Mom??She has promised me that fur my taco eating day, that she will be making me a HUGE home-made taco, Sounds great huh?? Well...I think so, I can hardly wait. So when is this HUGE taco eating night?? WHAT??? Oct 4th!!, that's like 14 days away!! Can I last that long?? Oh, I see. I don't have a choice!! *sigh* Well...at least I get the HUGE taco!!

Now fur the rest of you, I hope that you will join in fur National Taco Day on Oct 4th. Get your moms to getting your tacos fixed so you can eat them. Your taco can be filled with whatever you want to put in it. Chicken, beef, fish, veggies or your own kibble. You can have soft shell or hard shell. I myself LOVE the hard shell and I can scarf it down in like 87 seconds!! honest!!

On Oct 4th, everyone needs to post their own taco experience with pictures. I can tell you that Lassiter has pictures and a video of his eating of the taco and it is so cute. You can also tell us all about if you got snoopervise the cooking and how it all went down at your house. You can eat it early and just save the post until Oct 4th. Just send me an e-mail (my e-mail is on my sidebar)to let me know that you have your post up, cuz everyone that eats gets a special surprise.
