I don't know bout you all but recently I have been getting called all sorts of names and it is really uncalled for. I live in Illinois where it generally really cold but this year it has been unseasonably warm. I mean like today was 52 and tomorrow it will be even warmer.
With our snow and warm temps, it is getting a little muddy outside and so when I come in there are little cute Scottie footprints all on the floor and down the hallway. She calls me a Mangy mutt!! or Miss dirty paws. Now can I help this? NOPE!! She should just be glad that I am not rolling round in the mud!! Now she thinks she has to wipe my paws off when I come in and I think that the floor was doing a great job of it!!
And with it being warm, I tend to get the barks and bark at anyone, any bird and mainly just wanna hear myself bark. For this, she calls me, Motor mouth, or Hey Pipsqueak!! When will the name calling ever end??

When Indiana has dirty feet, I put him in the sink and wash them off. I think he'd prefer I just called him muddy mutt!

I get called all kindsa names too - Loudmouth, Stinkypants, etc. I could think of some names for my momma, but she can't hear me when I call her them!

Hehe, Pippen and Jacque get called stinky butt sometimes! I wipe their paws off too when they come inside! And their underbelly! Pippen is used to it, but Jacque does not like having even 1 paw picked up!!
Jazzi, I can sympathize completely. My Mommy calls me "scruffy butt", "stinky paws" "pizza thief" "yappy mouth". I don't get it. Why did she give me a name if she is just gonna keep changing it?

Same thing here. Except we're having unseasonably cold, wet weather....lots of mud AND we're not allowed to go to the sports ground to run....too wet and muddy!

Really odd weather here in the UK. It's warmer this morning in Aberdeen than in London 500 miles to the south. Unheard of!
As for the mud, well we are used to that. And the name calling. I am variously Barky Bertie, Barmy Bertie, Bitey Bertie, Bonkers Bertie, I think you get the picture...

All of our pups have nicknames too, some good, some well sound a lot like yours, but no one complains if it accompanies a cookie! :-)

Oh Jazzi we TOTALLY know what you're talking about. It's so annoying to have to sit and get all 4 paws wiped before being allowed to run. Then when it's really mucky we get confined to the kitchen to dry. Ugh...these peeps are unreal!
Yup...I get poopy mcgee, bark boy, hokey pokey artichokey, devil dog, demon dog, little boy....it never will end.
